Student-athletes must have a valid sports physical on file before they are eligible to participate in school athletics. The Elmira City School District is offering sports physicals in August, although students may also receive their sports physical from their own physician, nurse practitioner, or other qualified healthcare provider.

For the 11th year, Express Athletics is excited to welcome young athletes to experience a variety of sports for a weeklong, FUN camp lead by our Express Varsity Coaches and teams.
